Shipping policy

We process orders on Monday and Friday for shipping. Orders are packaged for shipping as soon as possible. From time to time we offer pre-orders. Pre orders are pieces that are not yet ready for shipping- these pieces are still in process and take from 1-2 weeks to be completed. When ordering please note the shipping timeline. If you place an order that has both pre orders and ready to ship you have options. We can either ship your ready to ship pieces immediately, or they can wait and all ship together. We will send you an email to ask you your preference if you have a “combo” order.
All orders are shipped via the USPS. If you prefer another carrier, please contact us, and we can make arrangements when possible.
Should you receive broken piece, please let us know ASAP, so we can make it better!
